Instructions
  1. Gently simmer the rhubarb and orange zest in just enough water to cover until the rhubarb’s tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. Blend the whole lot with a stick blender until smooth.
  3. Add the rest of your ingredients, give your ketchup a stir and simmer it down until it’s nice and thick, probably around 30-40 minutes.
